1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Cylbet ("Cylbet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Cylbet platform available at cylbet.cam and all associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and any other betting or gaming products offered by Cylbet.

By creating an account, accessing the Cylbet platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Cylbet platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal member account registered and maintained by a User on the Cylbet platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds (real money) held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to an Account pursuant to a Cylbet promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by Cylbet before processing withdrawals or under any circumstances Cylbet deems necessary.
• "Platform" means the Cylbet website, mobile interface, and all associated applications and services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, or other betting product offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount a User must bet before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Cylbet platform for Malaysian players.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Cylbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Cylbet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with responsible gambling standards.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of Cylbet or any associated entity, nor a close relative of such a person.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on Cylbet or any other gambling platform.
6. You must be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment method(s) you register with your Account.

Cylbet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Cylbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and associated winnings may be voided.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Cylbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Cylbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, Cylbet requires identity verification (KYC). You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad for Malaysian nationals, or a valid passport for non-citizens) and may be asked to provide proof of address and payment method ownership. KYC documents are processed securely and stored in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Cylbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB), and direct bank wire transfer. Cylbet reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at its discretion.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. Cylbet does not charge processing fees for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to Cylbet's anti-money laundering obligations. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied.
• Your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes.
• The requested amount must not exceed your applicable withdrawal limits.

Typical processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire 15–60 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Cylbet platform for Malaysian players are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment account operates in a different currency.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on Cylbet are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are displayed within the platform at the point of betting. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy, the decision of Cylbet's trading team shall be final.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed on the platform. Cylbet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including applying individual account limits where deemed appropriate.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, palpable errors in odds, incomplete events, or matches affected by match-fixing investigations. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and major international sports. Cylbet reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, including during live events where market integrity may be compromised.

6.5 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Cylbet does not manipulate game outcomes. Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player results.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Cylbet members subject to the specific terms of each offer. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be claimed per qualifying deposit. Cylbet reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotional offer at its discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any behaviour that Cylbet determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, hedging bets, exploiting promotions in ways not intended by Cylbet, or coordinating with other players — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8 Responsible Gambling

Cylbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above only. Gambling should be entertainment — never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Cylbet provides the following responsible gambling tools to all members:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration limits after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from the Cylbet platform for a defined period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or longer by contacting our support team.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Cylbet platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using or attempting to use automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using funds derived from illegal or criminal activity to fund your Cylbet account (money laundering).
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Cylbet staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Sharing account access credentials with any third party.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the Cylbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the arrangement and compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of Cylbet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from Cylbet.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cylbet, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by Cylbet

Cylbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

12.2 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting Cylbet's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of all pending KYC requirements and wagering obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable rules. Bonus funds and any associated winnings derived solely from bonus play may be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the internal operating regulations of Cylbet. In the event of a dispute between Cylbet and a player that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure, the matter may be referred to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body.

Players agree that any legal proceedings in connection with Cylbet services shall be conducted in English and that English shall be the governing language of these Terms.

14 Amendments to Terms

Cylbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Cylbet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Cylbet platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
